Positive Self Talk

Happy Holidays, everyone! 🎄🎁🥳🎊♥️

Starting the “Self Love Saturdays” today. Actually every single day is great for self love, but when you (and by that I mean myself) haven’t practiced that in a very long time, you forget how to do that so starting small helps. It’s less overwhelming and easier if you have to do some “work” only one day a week until it no longer feels like work and becomes a daily sacred ritual for a healthier, happier you.

Today is about positive self talk.

Breathe.

Pay attention to things you say about yourself to others and to yourself.

Our bodies listen to us all the time. They’re with us all day everyday. The more positive things you say to yourself and to others, the more high frequency energy is generated inside and around you. It has power to heal you, elevate you, bring you successes and everything else you want and deserve.

Don’t be mean to yourself.

If you’re clumsy, say you missed it and that’s completely okay.
If you don’t know something, that’s okay too because you know many other things.
If you don’t like certain things about yourself, be kind to yourself and if and when you’re ready, attempt to change it.
There is no rush.

If you don’t like certain part of your body, think how that organ or part has helped you all your life. It’s been there when no one else was there for you.
Does your body not deserve all the love?
Does your body not deserve all the respect? Absolutely it does.
Love it with all your heart. Hold your body dearly and say a thank you to it, for it has been there with you since before you were born.

If someone says bad / negative things about you, first of all, don’t take it to heart. They don’t know you or your life story or journey. Secondly, if you can and it matters to you, then respectfully stop them and tell them how you feel.

Be kind to yourself.

Good habits take long time to become habits so baby steps at a time and the more self love you develop, the more love you will get from the universe.

Start today.

Speak about yourself with utmost respect, love, and care.

Here’s to more self love!!
