Breathing

Welcome 2022, A Happiest New Year! 🎊🥳🎉🌈 🎆

It is Self Love Saturday and today is about breathing. If I were to choose one solution that works for almost every problem in this world, it would be “breathing”. Breathing deeply as much as you can and whenever you can. I’ve discovered that breathing deeply does so much good to our mind and body you just have to try it to experience it.

Next time you get stuck somewhere or have a so-called problem, try taking three deep breaths and see how that makes you feel. Actually, don’t even wait for that. Try it NOW. Make sure you breathe in through the nose and your belly is rising with each inhale and your exhales are as long as your inhales or longer. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. With each inhale, breathe in fresh air and calmness and with each exhale, let go of what’s no longer serving you. Note down how you feel before and after the breathing exercise. What is it that you felt? If you feel comfortable, please do share here. If you haven’t tried deep breathing in a while, this might take some getting used to. I’m still learning it and getting comfortable with it. After just three deep breaths, I have felt that my anxiety, worry, or fear starts to melt away. My mind is able to think clearly. My body is more relaxed and less tense. The panic mode gets replaced with “so what can I do now?” mode and the problem doesn’t seem as big as it did initially. Breathing well and deeply also provides our cells the much needed oxygen and in turning allowing the healing powers of our body to get activated and to repair the damage and daily wear and tear.

There are so many types of breathing styles and techniques so explore what works for you and what feels best. Best breathing technique is the one that makes you feel better so trust your instincts. Best time for breathing properly is every moment, but for more benefits try 45 min before sunrise. The air has maximum amounts of oxygen during that time.

Here’s to more full breaths 🧘‍♀️ that fill up our strong, healthy lungs 🫁 and our miraculous bodies. ♥️🙏🏽
