What an amazing day! It’s Self Love Saturday. 😃
Today we remind ourselves to sit with eyes closed for 1 minute.
Here’s how you do it:
- Sit in a comfortable position with your feet flat on ground and back upright.
- Rub your palms for a few seconds and once they warm up a bit, place them on your eyes, covering both eyes.
- You can rest your elbows on your knees or hold them close to your torso/belly.
- You can tilt your head forward a bit for this or keep it straight, whichever position feels good.
- Breathe.
You can do this for longer duration and rest your arms on a desk or table in front of you.
Notice how you feel after 1 minute of cupping your eyes. Do this 1-minute ritual daily and see how amazing you feel.
